We have slip over collars to repair the leak in the photo below and can install one as a part of our 75.00*  roof  inspection fee and  then we  only charge 45.00* for each additional collar we install . Ask for your roof inspection in the comment box to the left.   We will evaluate the condition. The photo below is a leak issue which starts when a roof pipe flashing reaches  as little as  8  years of  age
 roof pitch greater than 8"on 12" or if over two stories high -additional charges  apply *

Typical condition of a 12 to 15 year old cracked and leaking pipe boot. . Cracks and leaks can develop after only 8 years. A typical house has 2 or 3 of these plumbing vent stack pipes. Contact us for an inspection.
